"Eight Five One was named after my childhood home in Venice, where I first learned to make jewelry. As an adult, I continued making pieces for myself, and friends. People would ask me, "where did you buy that?" It was then that I realized, maybe I could make this into something I did full time. Eight Five One was then launched officially in 2016. I have always been in love with jewelry. It has its own magical way of making you feel beautiful. No matter the occasion, every woman deserves to shine and be reminded of her beauty. Jewelry is that for me."

Who we are
Eight Five One is a family business located in Boise, Idaho. Nia and her husband Nick Coffey had a dream of starting a family and being able to build a long lasting business for their children one day. They moved their family from Los Angeles, CA to Boise, Idaho to build a brand that can have a positive impact on their local community, hire and support women in that community, and anchor their business on family values.
