Store Manager — Boise, ID (Full-Time)

Role Overview

Our Store Managers play a pivotal role to lead all aspects of store performance — including customer experience, team leadership, sales performance, operational excellence, and visual merchandising. You’ll be the face of the brand in store and a mentor to your team.

This role operates with an ownership mindset. As Store Manager, you are responsible for the overall success of your location and are expected to manage the store as if it were your own — balancing people, performance, and operations to drive results. Our Store Managers come with a can do attitude, are natural motivators, and create a positive and collaborative environment for the entire team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support store associates to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Drive store sales performance through active customer engagement and team coaching
  • Maintain strong product knowledge, including new arrivals and bestsellers
  • Oversee visual merchandising to ensure the store is visually appealing and aligned with brand standards
  • Support inventory management, including restocking, organizing, and maintaining product displays
  • Ensure smooth daily store operations, including scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and POS accuracy
  • Support store fulfillment needs, including packaging and preparing online orders to ship from the store
  • Foster a collaborative, professional, and supportive team environment
  • Represent the brand in a polished, professional manner at all times

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for 8 hours per shift
  • Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable learning and using POS systems and basic reporting tools
